For me, it’s all about being present. Taking time to immerse fully means marvelling endlessly, always finding a new detail to appreciate. Anchoring my body in the present allows me to listen to myself and connect to my instinct. From this grounded place, I’m aware of the energies of my surrounding, the group of people I’m with, the person next to me, the one I’m touching, the one I’m observing, as well as the intensity of the sounds and of the light around me. This attentiveness makes me available to a constantly changing environment. Because it’s not just a matter of being present, it’s a whole game of adjusting that presence to each situation. It’s these 2 things that fascinates me with adaptability and intuition. In this journey, I trust my body, which possesses an inner strength, embraces its vulnerability and plays between gentleness and explosivness. It’s looking for contact, fulfilment and freedom. A curious body that wants to experience everything it can and dive into deep sensations, giving way to a meditative and experimental movement.
