“For me, dance is my way to connect and discover my inner self as a human being with the understanding that we are, as living creatures, changing constantly. Every day I get to research and to aspire to overcome my old and new limits, and to find within myself new parts I didn’t know exsisted. I believe that dance and movement are important for everyone, also for people that are non dancers or non artists, and can heal and encourage a variety of emotions such as curiosity, empathy, freedom, embarrassment, anger, laughter… and to help us feel ourselves and our full range of being as a whole. My goal is to be open minded, to learn new things and to not take anything for granted.”
