Shaked Tadmor

Shaked is an Israeli dancer and performer, she started her career in Ga’aton dance school when she was 8. She graduated Art high school and got granted by America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarship for contemporary dancers (2019-2020). After she joined the Dance Workshop Ga’aton program. Two years of living and dancing in the kibbutz. She worked with choreographers such as Tom Weinberger, Shacar Binyamini and Emanuel Gat. During her studies she had professional stage experiences, performing in Curtain up festival in ‘Suzanne Dellal Centre’ with a solo by Inbal Pinto from the piece “wrapped” (2021). Performed as a guest dancer in the piece You look like the last audience on earth by Yossi Berg and Oded Graf Dance Theater. The piece performed at International Exposure Festival hosted by Suzanne Dellal Center in Tel Aviv and in Tmuna theater (2020-2022). Participated as a guest dancer in a joint evening of Andrea Martini, Mats Van Rossum and Rebacca Laufer (2022). Currently she is a member of SUB.LAB.PRO The Ensemble Program.

She believes that it’s a fascinating quality that as a dancer she can express and transfer ideas through the body. Playing with tension and release, using sensation, researching the limits of the body, giving life to characters inside her that do not necessarily appear in daily life are things that guide her and give her inspiration to move and create.

I’m grateful for having complete freedom to explore, to be curious and open minded with my own thoughts and body and share it through movement. I aspire to experience new approaches and discover the variety of what I can offer as an artist.״
